Cancellation Policy
Scheduling Policy • Booking Appointments: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or via email. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Recurring services (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) can be scheduled in advance and will be confirmed via email or text reminder. • Arrival Window: Our cleaning teams will arrive within a 1-hour arrival window (e.g., between 9:00 AM–10:00 AM). Due to traffic or job complexities, we appreciate your understanding if delays occur. You will be notified promptly in such cases. • Access to Property: Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter, it may be considered a lockout and subject to a fee. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Standard Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. • Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: If our team arrives and is unable to perform the service (due to no access or no response), it will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee may be charged. • Recurring Service Policy: Recurring clients may cancel up to two scheduled visits per calendar year without penalty (with 24+ hours' notice). Additional cancellations may incur a rescheduling fee of $25 to hold your recurring spot. 3. Holidays and Emergency Closures • If your scheduled cleaning falls on a recognized holiday or during inclement weather conditions, we will contact you to reschedule. • No cancellation fee will apply for company-initiated rescheduling due to emergencies or hazardous conditions. 4.
